Dandelions may appear similar, but each is unique. We treat every individual according to their individual background, successes, challenges, and situational perception. As such, we are a practice that accepts all beliefs and cultural backgrounds while focusing our time together on your specific situation. We understand that each person has a unique set of circumstances and welcome everyone. At Dandelion Mental Health Services, we practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Research shows CBT is effective for treating most mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, faith transitions, borderline personality disorder, betrayal trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
