Customer Metrics uses the customer centricity radar to measure the two dimensions of holistic customer centricity and provides the company with clarity about where divergences exist between internal customer centricity and externally experienced customer centricity. This provides the company with valuable information on where there is a need for action and how an improvement in customer centricity can be achieved. The customer centricity radar consist of two measurement methods: the CCScore and the CIScore.
