He practised corporate law at Drew & Napier and KhattarWong LLP. He has also worked at UBS AG, and co-founded San Francisco-based social media start-up. Graduated from University of Leicester with a degree in LLB Law. Ray Yap – Chief Risk Officer Responsible for the overall risk management of Culum Capital. Has more than 22 years of experience in credit risk, corporate recovery and relationship management at international banks. His previous roles at Standard Chartered Bank include Global Head of SME Collections and Head of Corporate Credit. Yap earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with honours from the University of London. Chia Eng Soon – Chief Technology Officer The tech guru behind Culum’s IT & Infrastructure with more than 20 years of system development experience in the finance industry, as well as a double degree in IT and Software Technology from Deakin University, Australia. Jason Ng – Senior Sales Manager Jason is in charge of trade origination Previously from OCBC enterprise banking, he moved onto the fintech space focusing on trade and supply chain financing for the past 6 years. Tan Tingwei – Middle Office / Analyst Tingwei is responsible for business growth, operations and admin matters of Culum Capital. She has more than 4 years of experience in legal practice and Human Resources. Ting Wei also worked in a law firm for 2 years. She holds a Law LLB degree.
