C.U.FR.OL. SRL, owner of the TERRE FRANCESCANE brand, based in the central Italian region of Umbria, has been producing premium quality Italian extra virgin olive oils and dressings since 1639. Purveyors to Michelin Star restaurants and celebrity chefs such as Carlo Cracco, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Bruno Barbieri and Jason Atherton. We are present in niche markets such as Eataly, duty free shops in Italy and abroad as well as airline catering with our single portion dressings. SUSTAINABILITY. As of spring 2021 the company is run with 70% Green Energy generated by brand new in-house solar power units. As of May 2021 the company sustains the charity Il Serafico di Assisi. In 2021 the company has made important Industry 4.0 investments aimed at enhancing the automation of our production facility together with the launch in 2023 of a new e-commerce.
