Critical Path Consulting & Training Ltd focuses its activities on Project, Program and Portfolio Management, as well as Change Management, offering a broad range of consulting, outsourcing and training services. We also offer project management web-based applications. We support our customers in Project Management training, organizational development and alignment, Project Management Office creation, methodology and systems definition and implementation, project selection, planning & execution, monitoring, controlling & reporting, analysis & verification, closing and transfer to operations etc. We are an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the Project Management Institute, and we offer trainings on the PMP, CAPM and PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) Certifications. Are are an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) from PeopleCert/AXELOS for PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner training and examinations. We are also Authorized Training Partners from APMG-International for Change Management Foundation and Practitioner training and examinations, and an Affiliate Training Organization from the PM2 Alliance for PM2 trainings.
