Craft Brew Labs is Ireland's only independent laboratory testing beer and water for Ireland's microbreweries and home brewers. Out team consists of experienced scientists from brewing and other industries. We are currently drawing to the end of our ideation phase and will begin testing this Summer 2018. In phase 1 we are intending to test for a range of parameter which include the following: Bitterness, Colour, ABV Fermentable sugars [beer and wort] Lactic Acid, Total S02, Ph on wort, Starch, FAN, Total Dissolved solids, PH Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen,(meter&probe) Yeast Count, Yeast Viability, We will also be able to run limited chemical profile on your water.
