CPP Botswana (Pty) Ltd is a firm of Consulting Engineers specializing in the fields of Civil, Structural, Highway, Bridge, Drainage, Water and Wastewater Engineering. CPP was established in 1988 in Botswana, as a country office of what was then a 100% Zimbabwe owned practice under the style Civil and Planning Partnership (CPP). In 2002 it was re-registered/restructured as a limited liability company with an indigenous majority shareholding under the trading name “CPP Botswana (Pty) Ltd. The firm is a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Botswana; independent of any manufacturing, construction or government interests and is fully committed to providing impartial advice. CPP is one of the major independent consultancy companies in Botswana and in the Southern African region. Representing several generations of experience and expertise within its various fields of activity, CPP presently employs a staff complement of 43, including 23 Engineers and 11 Technicians. The firm has a significant cultural and ethnic blend of personnel, which gives it a strong regional and international character. The majority of its personnel are, however, nationals of developing countries of Africa. CPP has since 2003 maintained an office in Ghana under the style Civil and Planning Group- Ghana Ltd and has recently opened another in Zambia trading as Lasco Engineering. Control is vested in a directorate consisting of professional engineers who are independent of external interests. A high standard of time and cost management and quality control is maintained, ensuring that projects are produced on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
