Created by Susan McEntegart, Corner Shop Gym delivers bespoke training and consultancy services to the fitness industry. Focusing on the business of fitness we work with start ups, studios, & box gyms as well as large private and local authority centres across Ireland and the UK. Susan has worked in the leisure industry for 20 years gaining vast experience and knowledge along the way. Her hands on experience in every aspect of operating a facility gives her a unique insight into the extensive requirements involved in opening and operating a safe and successful fitness business. She uses this unique skill set to help improve club's bottom line be it through a dedicated workshop, one to one coaching or audits and consultancy services. However, never truly happy out of fitness gear we also deliver fitness workshops, courses and events for the corporate sector as well as fitness education for industry professionals. Susan works with a number of prestigious brands as a Global Master Trainer (TriggerPoint Therapy and Let’s Bands), as a Brand Ambassador (BV Sport, My Run Angel and Modern Legacy Apparel) and also as a fitness presenter and motivational speaker. She is also proud Roc Doc Level 2 with Rocktape, a FitStepper for FitSteps and also a Pound Pro. We like to move and love to teach to inspire and empower others.
