Today’s society, and specifically the global food system, is faced with the challenge of feeding seven billion people – nine billion by 2050. Based at Cornell University, the Cornell Institute for Food Systems comprises a multidisciplinary group of faculty who tackle diverse issues in the food industry to meet the challenge of ensuring a nutritious, safe and affordable food supply. We have a long history of partnering with industry to produce relevant and timely basic and applied science and invite you to connect with us to establish and foster research and educational collaborations.
