Overview

The Council of Property Search Organisations (COPSO) represents over 100 companies that provide property information reports to lenders, lawyers and consumers. COPSO created, owns and manages The Search Code, which sets the regulatory standards for the industry and is overseen by The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
