Consumer Credit Compliance (or ‘CCC’) have over 10 years' experience across different sectors including, compliance, risk and audit. Directly authorised by the FCA, CCC act as a Principal Firm and our primary business model is described as ‘regulatory hosting’. This means CCC allow third party firms to use CCC's FCA permissions as an Appointed Representative (AR). This permits third-party firms, once onboarded, to conduct FCA regulated activities, without having to be directly authorised themselves. Whilst conducting oversight of our ARs, working to implement policies, procedures and compliance monitoring our team maintain a strong relationship and give support throughout the duration of the contract, ensuring in-house compliance processes and procedures align with the expectations of the FCA.
