Constellations health is building a network state connecting stakeholders in healthcare by a common thread: financial transparency. We live in a fragmented and siloed world in healthcare, creating an opaque facade for everyone. This results in incurring hidden costs for the overall healthcare system and impacting every stakeholder in several ways: - Patients are skeptical about costs and the quality of care - Health plans are apprehensive about competitive pricing and the quality outcomes - Providers who are unsure about prior-auth and coverages - RX pricings are a complete black box - Pharma is doubtful about how effective the drugs are post market and more. The fragmented silos are rich with copious amounts of data. Our mission is to cut through the chaos of fragmented silos and create patterns for humans. We are entering the era of financialization of healthcare, and everyone deserves to have a hand in making these decisions that will impact them in the long haul. Constellation Healthcare was founded by Akshay Sharma and Kartik Thakore who have built several zero-to-one companies specialized in the health domain by pushing what is possible with data and technology. We are taking the germ of those zero-to-one ideas and bringing them to a network scale.
