We are a group of professional Non Executive Directors who are awarded with Diploma of Instituto de Consejeros-Administradores (peer of the British IoD), who intend to help public companies to protect their value in mid and long term. Showing the professionalism and rigorous of your independent board members is always a guarantee of good Corporate Governance for most of the international Funds, Proxy Advisors, Activist Shareholders, investors, banks and public administration. The Instituto de Consejeros-Administradores, whom we are members, build from several years ago a set of knowledge about Corporate Governance, well known internationally. They have built a Conduct Code, mandatory to all the Diploma Awarded members.
