Overview

The Connecticut Partnership for Children Inc. (CTPFC) was incorporated in 2009 and is a 501c3 organization. In the Fall of 2011, CTPFC opened the Valley Diaper Bank in Downtown Seymour. CTPFC is dedicated to supporting low-income children throughout Connecticut, by working with their families and the communities in which they live. We do this by meeting children's basic needs of food, clothing, warmth, and infant/toddler necessities & by promoting healthy social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Our programs serve families who live in the state of Connecticut and exist at 185% POV or below. CTPFC is currently run by founder Meghan Tarby, who works full-time as the Executive Director and Social Worker. The agency is also run by a Board of Directors, who volunteer their time and resources to helping the agency grow and serve more families each year. At this time, we are also hosting Social Work student interns, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. We partner with local schools, Universities, scout troops, churches, etc. to host volunteers and interns who are assets to our programs and events. As a grassroots organization, we rely heavily on our fundraising efforts to run our programs. Please visit our website www.ctpfc.org for more information on our upcoming events.
