Overview
The Conflict Analytics Lab (CAL) is a research consortium focusing on AI and dispute resolution. We have three missions: - Develop actionable AI models to help our industry partners to resolve conflicts more efficiently - Build legal aid technology to improve access to justice for individuals and SMEs - Train the next generation of dispute resolution specialists Based at Queen’s University, the CAL brings together academics, technology experts, and the legal industry to improve the way organisations approach conflicts and better serve those who cannot afford traditional justice.
