CONDE URBAN DESIGN IS A CONTEMPORARY PRACTICE, FOCUSED ON DESIGN, WITH STUDIOS IN SÃO PAULO AND 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Conde Urban Design is an urban design company that seeks sophisticated design solutions for today's challenges. With a design aligned with a sustainable vision, we bring holistic and flexible solutions to accommodate future transformations. We have extensive experience working with international clients on various types of projects, and currently we work with the largest developers in the United Arab Emirates on projects ranging from the city to the building scale. Our work style is based on efficient design and clear communication. We develop immediate and well-presented proposals that respond to the brief accurately. Our products are developed by teams in various locations around the world.
