Concilium is a three-pronged solution, with technological innovation in each of its features. We reimagined the agile methodology used in developing products. The key feature of this method is efficiency and student welfare-focused architecture. Counselors using this software will be able to make projections, hold timely meetings, track progress and set realistic goals. The relaxed agile framework gives a solid foundation that can be followed by both students, counselors, and schools. Additionally, with our proprietary chatbot, we aim to provide students with a 24-7, integrated means of connecting with their counselors so that no student is left behind. Finally, we institute an administrative accessible and FERPA and HIPPA compliant data collection tool to evaluate students’ mental health, provide proactive/predictive methods and grade the efficacy of guidance counselors.
