Community Planning & Land Use Consulting, LLC ("Community Consulting") provides a diverse range of professional planning and zoning solutions to municipalities and private entities. For municipalities, our contractual services include public processes such as master plans, zoning ordinance amendments, GIS services and management, park and recreation planning, grant writing, and all other functions of a traditional planning department. For individuals or private entities, we offer guidance including zoning solutions and zoning dispute resolutions, site development, variance requests, land divisions, opinions on allowable signage, and more. Our professionals are experienced in all aspects of law related to Michigan planning and zoning, as well as constructive personal relationships with public officials in northern Michigan.
