The mission of Community Enterprises Corporation (CEC) is to provide safe, decent, affordable, and permanent supportive housing to low-income persons with special needs. CEC creates housing and economic opportunities for low-income people living with mental illness and other special needs. CEC manages over 200 units of supportive housing and administers a mix of vouchers totaling over 400 across the State of New Jersey.
