CAI is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities. CAI provides information, education and resources to homeowners who govern their condominium communities and the professionals who support them. CAI is focused on educating homeowners, board members and property managers. We not only provide education about the importance of condo living, but our organization serves as a network for professionals to connect. CAI Canada was founded by a group of property management professionals, lawyers and other professionals with extensive Canadian condominium experience.
