Overview

Who you are is more than what you do. Tired of networking events were everyone is selling and no one listens? We focus on who you are, real conversations at the best restaurants. Great food, abundant thinkers, actionable people, amazing topics. We take our time with surveys, questionnaires, in depth one on one conversations to understand who you are. We then discuss who you will be sitting next to and what interests you both share. This is about building relationships. As introverts ourselves it is about making everyone feel secure, connected. We guarantee you walk out feeling better than when you came in. You will even want to come back and bring a friend! We then contact everyone who attended and make sure they connect to the people they wanted to and guide them in building a real relationship. Our experience is limited to 24. We want to build intimacy, connection and quality. We don’t talk work We don’t talk sport We don’t talk house prices We don’t talk about the weather We don’t talk Covid We want to talk to one another and relate, not hide behind conversations that just mark time and don’t allow people to see who you are as a person. We ask that you commit to coming a minimum of twice every six months or this style of connection is not for you. We believe it takes time to build the relationships and meet the people you want to work with. We have set connection groups to join OMSB Change Makers D.A.T.A Crowd MAP FAB Show not Tell as examples We also craft bespoke events for you to allow you to connect with your suppliers, vendors and customers. Building and layering stronger relationships rather than transactional and one off connections. Squabbling over too little is a scarcity mentality. An abundant mindset sets you free to be the best version of yourself. If you like us think that this is all just Common Sense. Please join us in helping change the way people connect in business. Stop complaining about networking see who you know and come
