Combino Pharm is devoted to the development of dossiers for solid oral and injectable generic medicines which are licensed out or distributed by third parties. The Combino team is currently about 70 people and devoted to production (in its solid oral Maltese manufacturing plant), R&D and Regulatory Affairs. Combino Pharm offers dossiers linked to the supply of the finished good or the supply of the API from Medichem, as well as third party opportunities in Malta for manufacturing, packaging and release. Medichem is a leading European API company, devoted to the development and manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, mainly for the generic industry. A team of about 250 highly professional people and two fully owned manufacturing plants, one in Celrà (120 km from Barcelona) and another in Hal Far, Malta are our most relevant assets. Medichem devotes a relevant part of its turnover to R&D in order to offer non-infringing and efficient processes for its APIs, which are mainly sold in North America, Europe and India and has an R&D Center in Spain, one in Malta and a third one in Nanjing (China). Medichem and Combino Pharm will merge in the upcoming months in order to gain focus on the B2B units as the combined team and projects (API + FDF) will enhance synergies and efficiency to become a major player in the pharma industry.
