Overview
COAM since 1964 has been synonymous with tradition and innovation in the art of transforming the excellence of nature into gastronomic delicacies. A work made of research, dedication and respect for the products that the land and the sea offer us but also and above all for the environment from which they come. We ask for their most precious gifts to the open sea, rivers and lakes to transform them into daily pleasures. Wild Salmon, Swordfish, Albacore and Yellowfin Tuna, Marlin, Octopus, Crustaceans, Anchovies, Trout and Lavarelli as well as many other fish species become part of our range of seafood specialties under the Scandia brand, all processed with great craftsmanship in full respect of such noble raw materials. From the land, on the other hand, we collect and select the best vegetables, still processed by hand according to the ancient canning tradition that is the pride of Morbegno. Faithful to this tradition, we have created the Le Conserve di Morbegno brand inspired by artisan knowledge and the ancient flavors of Valtellina.
