Club Physical has 10 locations in Auckland, and 1 in Kaitaia. They have been in operation since it's founding by current CEO and Director Paul Richards in 1980. Trading as Top Shape, and then later as Club Physical, previous locations have existed in Henderson, St Lukes, Browns Bay and Wellington. Club Physical produces results producing programmes, namely the 12 Week Transformation Challenge which has seen hundreds of people achieve significant results. GroupX is Club Physical's own brand of group exercise classes, which includes Step, Flex, Xride, Zumba, Essentrics, Awesome Abs, and many more.
