Closha Associates was established by Nikki Pasek MBE, an experienced local government leader who has a passion for delivering quality services. Nikki has worked in senior leadership positions and understands how difficult it can be for leaders to deliver if they are not surrounded by a team with the skill set you need to get work developed and completed. Nikki has bought together a team of consultants that have held senior positions within local government or charities so have a strong public sector ethos in terms of accountability, integrity, community responsibility and customer service. The most important quality that all our consultants have in common is TRUST. Nikki has worked with all the team personally and chose colleagues that all have reputations for delivering high quality work.
