Overview

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐨: I am an IT professional for over 30 years working with International Corporations - including Lloyds Banking Group, ING Bank, Société Générale, Square ‘D’, Tandem Computers and Pacific Bell. During my career I have worked as a Freelance Consultant in the UK, USA, Europe, and the Middle East. I have also founded two software companies, developing and selling software primarily into the Financial Services market. I have now built SecurityNet and the SecurityNet.global service that secures and encrypts confidential data as it travels across the internet. This service is now being made available to anyone, be it an enterprise, a smaller business or even individuals. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧: I have had many roles during my career, including Company Founder and Director, IT Security Consultant, Data Analyst, Security Analyst, Development Manager, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst and Software Developer 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: In 1995 I co-founded Dais Associates Ltd – a UK-based software company. We developed an ETL solution to simplify the data extraction process from HP NonStop Tandem databases. Integrated Solutions reduced the “requirement-to-go-live” time from weeks to hours. We sold the software into a number of major banks, including Lloyds Bank and ING and others. We also became Tandem Alliance partners, and later HP Enterprise Alliance partners once HP acquired Tandem Computers. Following this success, I developed 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭 for ING Bank to secure payments data on their network servers and in-transit across insecure European networks. This was installed in many of ING branches across in Europe as well as The Netherlands Antilles. I founded SNG Security Ltd in 2017 to market and support 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐍𝐞𝐭, our easy-to-use encrypted data transfer service for a global audience of users where each user passes information directly to another user.
