The City and Hackney GP Confederation is a not-for-profit, community interest company (CIC). It supports 42 independent member GP practices (41 of them in Hackney), working together to improve quality of primary care, transforming GP and local healthcare and preventative services for local people and currently providing some of the best health outcomes in the country.
