We are one of the few independent distributors being fully integrated across all our geographies and windows. The company was founded by Eliane Dubois in 1975. Over the years, she established an institution. Since her passing in 2013, her spirit lives on within a team adamant to perpetuate the passion for outstanding film with Marc Smit and Stephan DePotter (co-owners - respectively in Amsterdam and in Brussels). Cinéart Benelux has just about 25 employees across all windows. We are committed to building our online audience (100k friends and growing daily), and have the ambition to cultivate the most loyal quality cinema audience in Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2020, with Curzon (UK) and Madman Entertainment (AUS), Cinéart launched the development fund 'Curzon CM'.
