CICEN is a non-profit organization, it was formed by the Salvadoran community in the United States, the main purpose is Provides economic, development and humanitarian assistance to the community of Canton El Niño and its surroundings in El Salvador, Central America. CICEN develops educational programs to improve the lives of people and their families and prevent illegal migration. Also, CICEN promotes arts, sports and the culture in general between the young people and children.
