Overview

Our purpose is to enable Black women to understand and access the opportunities available in the marketplace by becoming more involved in their development and making informed choices that contribute to their fulfillment. We deliver our programs through creative platforms such as events, publications, training, online platforms, social enterprises, capacity building and special projects to connect the Black women we serve to the world of opportunities available here in Ontario, Canada and beyond.
