At Churchill Commercial Funding we work with business owners and entrepreneurs who require some "outside the conventional credit box" solutions to financing. We do this through what we call "consultative financing". This means learning about each unique situation fully before recommending any options. We arrange term loans, venture loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, start-up loans, PO financing and invoice factoring, and equipment financing. We also handle most types of commercial real-estate financing, with many conventional and alternative programs available including SBA, low doc/no doc, stated income, CMBS loans, private lending, bridge financing and hard money solutions.
