Chinnery Gin captures the flavours of the Old China Trade, distilling the most delicate of the botanicals individually under vacuum at low temperature to extract the best possible flavour. Botanicals: Osmanthus Flower, Oolong Tea, Cassia Bark, Grains of Paradise, Liquorice, Sweet Orange Peel, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root and Juniper.
