China Unicom (Europe) Operations Limited (referred to as CUE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Unicom International Corporation established in the UK in 2006. China Unicom was officially established on the basis of the merger of former China Netcom and former China Unicom, which is a large-scale company ranking among the Fortune Global 500 and a world leading telecom operator in terms of its revenue and customer base. CUE is a leading telecom operator with international partnerships around the globe, managing CU subsidiaries in Russia and South Africa. It has branches and offices in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Dubai and Romania.
