Overview

Quantum computing makes it possible to break communication systems at ease. Meanwhile, the number of cybersecurity incidents caused by WannaCry is increasing. As companies adopt WFH policy and cloud services, companies are exposed to multiple cybersecurity risks due to the complicated connections between devices. Chelpis focuses on providing zero-trust information security solutions for major cybersecurity risks in Post-Quantum Era. With an aim to protect the digital environment, Chelpis created “AORTA Decentralized Transfer Authentication and Encryption Solution,” a protection mechanism based on “software define perimeter.” AORTA’s end-to-end secure tunnel provides better transmission performance than VPN, prevents network lateral movement of viruses, and solves network traffic limitations Chelpis’ team members are from the most significant cryptography lab at NTU which has won multiple Post-Quantum Cryptography Standards. Chelpis is the only Taiwanese cryptography team that is capable of conducting independent development on blockchain, cryptocurrency wallet, secure cryptoprocessor application, trust computing, encrypted transmission, and zero-trust cybersecurity system. Chelpis developed cryptography technology for the well-known cold wallet “CoolBitX," participated in NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography Standardization Process, and provided cybersecurity technology for national level startup hub.
