Since 1998 Cheese Merchants has been an industry leader in the “Italian Style” hard cheese category. Cheese Merchants core focus is on products such as; Parmesan, Romano, Asiago and Fontina. Both Parmesan and Romano are available as Imports as well as Domestic cheeses. The state of the art facility is 277,000 sq. ft and offers both “fresh cheese” as well as ‘de-hydrated cheese” . Cheese Merchants covers all sectors: Retail, Foodservice, Industrial and Export. Multiple pack sizes, COA’s and blended products are a main stay. Private Label friendly.
