Overview

CHānj Consulting wishes to facilitate the exploration of discomfort through, (1) the education on the systematic and systemic oppression that has existed since the foundation of our country, (2) creating awareness of the dominant ideologies and narratives developed from that systemic oppression in our complex society, and (3) the understanding of how social constructs and the value society puts on them, guides our interactions and behavior with one another.
