Chandler Design-Build was established 26 years ago on April Fools day 1987. We are interested in designing buildings with value and energy efficiency as well as economy and elegance of design. We have chosen to limit our growth in order to maintain the "hands-on" attention to detail in our approach to the work we do. This allows us to take on the more challenging and unique design projects that Chapel Hill, NC has to offer. Beth Williams and Michael Chandler design almost all of the homes we build. We will be happy to develop plans for you from your lists and scrap books.
