CHABANNE is a family owned company specialised in the production of wire bending parts, stamping parts and technical springs. - Wire bendind parts with a wire diameter from 0.5 to 20 mm and from small to large batches - Stamping parts with a strip thickness up to 3mm in large batches - technical springs Chabanne brings its experience and know-how in order to co-develop components which are integrated in the subassemblies of its customers. #Design-to-cost Chabanne designs and manufactures assemblies or subassemblies (metal-metal or metal-plastic). Chabanne can also perform many finishing operations such as : - Welding – Champfering – Flattening – Drilling – Threading – Assembly. Chabanne is developing as well automatic tailor-made packaging. Chabanne pays a lot of attention to quality control. Indeed, the whole of our production is ISO 9001 certified.
