Welcome to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Central New York Chapter. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) is the world leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis (CF). We fund more CF research than any other organization and nearly every CF drug available today was made possible because of Foundation support. The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with CF the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives by funding research and drug development, partnering with the CF community, and advancing high-quality, specialized care.
