Çetin Civata; as the oldest company of the Tecde Group which is established in 1976 in Istanbul, Turkey, with its roots extending to 120 years ago. Çetin Civata is today one of the biggest cold forging fastener producers in Turkey for bolts, screws, and nuts. Çetin Civata produces standard and special parts according to customer requirements, having a production range of fasteners between M3 to M27 and up to 320 mm in length. All production processes in-house starting from wire preparation to packaging including annealing cold heading, rolling, heat treatment, coating, and %100 sorting. Çetin Civata has young machinery from first-class multi-station cold forging companies with combined cold headers and thread rollers. Besides that Çetin Civata has also 6 heat treatment lines which are running as per CQI 9- regulations for serving its wide range of high tensile productsup to 12,9 quality. Çetin Civata can serve their products in a high-quality coating process as in house. Dörken and Magni are the licenses that Çetin Civata has for zinc flake coating and Mc Dermid and Coventya is the in house processes for alkali zinc and zinc-nickel coating. Çetin Civata has all required quality management certificates such as IATF16949/ EN ISO 9001/ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001 / ISO IEC 27001 and conformity certificates of structural assemblies as per EN 14399 and EN 15048.
