It is also the asset manager and co-investor for the two Optimmo-funds of which it took the initiative with Bank Degroof Petercam. CETIM SA is on the other hand an independent actor on the real estate market and an active investor/developer for own account or for third parties, in Belgium, France and Portugal for the time being.
