Life is dominated by prokaryotic bacteria and the individual, which is composed of eukaryotic cells, has to deal with a biological kingdom much more powerful than he, so in the race for survival, if you ignore the competitor you are destined to suffer a bitter defeat that is called illness. The disease, in fact, arises from a deficiency, from a flaw in the defense system. To protect and maintain health we can create mutual synergies with some bacteria (probiotics) that help us manage metabolisms and our defense system. Hence our slogan: Probiotics is the Science of Life. The Center for Probiotic and Nutrition Studies was born to share the experiences as well as the knowledge acquired and the results obtained in many years of research and studies by professionals who operate and use bacteria both in the clinical and as a support in medical therapy. To respond to an ever-increasing demand from healthcare professionals for knowledge and support in this new discipline that until a few years ago was ignored. For these reasons the Study Center with great passion and vitality organizes and promotes programs of high professional training to convey a new operational vision through the use of probiotics, offering in a competent, functional and highly qualified, technical-scientific knowledge in the field of physiology, nutrition and probiotic integration and the interconnections that affect the state of health.
