Overview

Centre 404 is a prominent and successful London-based charity that has been providing support and services to people with learning disabilities, autism and their families for nearly 70 years. During this time, we have developed reliable, innovative and high quality services to meet the individual needs and wishes of the people we support, using a friendly, person centred approach. Founded in 1951 by carers of children with learning disabilities, Centre 404 continues to work towards building a community and a society where people with learning disabilities are valued and involved members of our community. Over the years, Centre 404 has built vital services in Islington and across North London that have enabled children and adults with learning disabilities, autism and their families to have a voice and access to activities and support. We now operate across 6 London Boroughs. OUR MISSION: Centre 404 is working towards a world where people with learning disabilities, autism and their families have the support they need to enjoy the same rights, freedom, responsibilities, choices and quality of life as people within the wider community.
