Overview

The Center for Private Law Foundation (CPL) is an independent, non-profit research and training organization with the core purpose of generating policy-oriented research and analysis as well as providing targeted training to the public and private organizations. The goal is to impact public policy and lead to positive reforms in the legal, regulatory, and institutional framework for Law, Technology, and Education sectors to promote sustainable development in Armenia. We are a team of university professors and practitioners both in the public and private sectors with considerable backgrounds and expertise in the Law, Education, Digitalization, Cybersecurity and IT sectors.
