The Center was founded in 2000 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to ‘look over the horizon’ and identify problems and opportunities which lie ahead for the nine county Houston region. Today we bring business and community together to solve our region’s toughest problems by engaging diverse leaders, providing impactful research, and defining actionable strategies.
