The Power of the Pin CCIM is a 50-year tradition of commercial real estate education and entrepreneurship that cuts across generations, industry categories, and continents. The CCIM network represents multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate investment community: leasing, appraisal, commercial brokerage, investments, property management, lending/mortgage banking, legal and development. Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the respected and coveted CCIM designation. CCIM Indiana offers its members local continuing education, networking, and presentations featuring discussion of the most timely issues facing the commercial real estate community in our state.
