George Good, Richard Frolik, Christian Williams, Mike Kaider & Adam Foret are part of the National Retail Partners—Midwest. Their sole focus is on the sales of retail properties. Since its formation in 1996, the NRP—Midwest team has completed sales of more shopping centers than any other brokerage team in the country. Each member brings unique insights, background, and capabilities to the team. Our internal specialization allows us to advise clients in all retail formats including regional malls, neighborhood/community/lifestyle centers, outlet centers, strip centers, urban storefronts, and single tenant net lease properties. We have executed on one-off and portfolio transactions in virtually every state in the U.S. plus Canada and Puerto Rico. The team also includes nine dedicated support individuals who have key functional responsibilities throughout the marketing process.
