Overview

The CBIFFA of Virginia was founded May 13, 1985 in Norfolk, Virginia. It was established to cultivate closer relations between those engaged in the business of international trade with the government agencies that regulate that trade and to promote joint interest among other maritime-related parties. Our members are comprised of customs brokers and freight forwarders to terminal operators, importers, warehousemen and trucking companies, with regular attendance from Customs and Border Protection, Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration. We currently have over 45 regular and associate members.
