Cavo Fregada Syros Seaside Hotels and Villas is a pioneer project in the Cyclades, that will create an exclusive complex of approximately 80 deluxe villas of different sizes and one 5 Star boutique hotel as well as a wide range of facilities offered to the residents of the complex such as shops, walking routes, a heliport, a marina, an organic farm with botanic garden and a farm to table restaurant, a vineyard, a fully equipped health and fitness centre, a rejuvenating spa and a house for the resident guard of the complex. The project’s ultimate goal is to combine the traditional beauty of the Greek culture and nature with the luxurious comfort provided by the numerous facilities of the complex by using only the top quality materials and technology.
