Using a variety of Florida grown blueberries, we strive to create wines that are extraordinary and unique, keeping with our family tradition. Located in the renowned region of Florida Nature Coast, Cavallo Estate Winery spans over 35 acres including its picturesque blueberry fields, wine-making facility, and an elegant tasting venue, all of which are perfect settings for a casual get-together as well as elaborate events.
